[Product Description] E-PAM (Emulsion-Polyacrylamide)


E-PAM (Emulsion-Polyacrylamide) of Hansol Chemical was developed through partnership with advanced technology of overseas and a next generation product. Compared with current powder and dispersion type product, it has an excellent flocculation performance, fast dissolution characteristic and economically efficient disposal method.

In particular, emulstion polyacrylamide produced by Hansol is such an advanced product that it can be widely applied to public facilities including industrial wastewater area of dye/textile, papermaking, leather, food, petrochemical, mine industry, urban sewage treatment plan and sanitary treatment
plant.

I. Characteristics of E-PAM of Hansol Chemical

  1. Fast dissolution, easy to use, compared to P-PAM.

II. How to use E-PAM of Hansol Chemical

  1. Dissolve - Dilute E-PAM with regular industrial water to 0.2~0.5%. Dissolve compltely stirring for 30~60 minutes before use. 
  2. Injection - Shake or stir before use, in case of phase separation behavior.
  3. Amount of Injection - Depending on the circumstances and types of waste water, use E-PAM up to 15ppm during the first flocculation and precipitation process. Use 300ppm to the maximum while dehydrating.

        - Freezing problems under -30 degree celcius.
        - Short storage period compared to powder type.

    (1) Pros
        - Massive amount to store/long-term storage
        - No freezing problems
    (2) Cons
        - Dust inhaling might cause industrial disaster
        - Not elidgible for automation, long time to dissolve (2~3hrs), insoluble portion appears.
        - Excessive invest funds needed compared to emulsion type.
        - Unnecessary space needed for storage.
        - Unable to reach high concentration (more than 0.4%).
        - Linear molecular structure results inefficient rate of centrifugal concentration and dehydration.

[Product Description] Electronic Material Product

Electronic material products of Hansol Chemical are composed of materials for PDP,LCD,Mobile,TSP and electronic parts materials. Hence, we have been studying and developing various display products and satisfied needs for customers, which strengthens our competitiveness continuously.
We have several types of electronic material products, such as insulation and damp-proofing material, cleansing agent, OCR (Optical Clear Resin) for luminance improvement, fluorescent substance, radiant heat material, white EMC for LED reflection, etc.

Types of Electronic Material Product of Hansol Chemical

1. Conformal Coating Materials
- by coating it on the electrode joint part of FPD panel of display.
- Used to protect electrode from dusts and foreign objects.
  - Superior damp-proofing and insulation
  - Fast hardening : low radiation intensity, high hardening rate
  - Good inner migration

2. PI Electrode Reinforcer
- OLED electrode joint part reinforcer/protector

3. OCR : Optical Clear Resin
- This is resin that Increases clarity of OLED/LCD display, shock resistancy and legibility on the outter surface.
   - Substitute optical tape to UV hardening resin
   - Elliminate the air layer and achieves the same refractive index with the cover glass.
   - Improves luminance and contrast by reducing light scattering.

4. Side Sealing Resin
- Resin that is used to protect the side of panel and to block the light

5. Cleasning Solution (electrode protector/for OCR, etc)
- To prevent and cleaning nozzle hardening of dispenser method
- To clean OLB (Outer lead bonding) process, OCR and ACF rework

6. OLED Organic Insulation Film Material
- Is an organic insulation film material that can separate between two fluorescent substances of OLED display and helps two electrodes become short circuit.
